Since 2012, Lex has been involved with some of the most significant residential transactions in the Aspen market. In 2014, he and Craig Morris from Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s sold the “Muse” building penthouse for $15.8mm. A year later they sold the Aspen Core penthouse as a “shell” for $25mm which is one of the strongest sales in Aspen’s history.
